Inspired by traditional Mid-Autumn motifs, each mooncake has its own protein, colour, shape and filling — turning treat time into a little celebration of its own.

Midnight Bamboo — Chicken
A striking charcoal-black bamboo mooncake made with chicken, huaishan and musang king durian, finished with a delicate touch of edible gold foil.
Crimson Knot — Buffalo
Inspired by the auspicious Chinese knot, this crimson mooncake combines buffalo and huaishan with a vibrant dragon fruit centre.
Azure Cloud — Duck
A dreamy cloud-shaped mooncake featuring duck and huaishan, naturally coloured with blue spirulina and paired with aromatic cempedak.
Jade Rabbit — Rabbit
Inspired by the legendary Jade Rabbit of the moon, featuring rabbit with huaishan and a tropical pandan-inspired profile.
Each mooncake was made of 50g of raw ingredients before freeze-drying.
