Please be advised that all merchandise purchased from our store is marked as final and is not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where items have manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, we kindly request that you ensure the product remains unused, free from any additional damage, and is returned in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund, and we will proceed it in 15 days.
In case of the wrong product or product with noticeable defects received, please contact us at pawfecttale@gmail.com along with a snapshot of your order ID and product condition. Our TooToo team shall attempt to resolve as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is being approved, then your refund will be processed.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given to you in email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
